Brookfield Properties' Waterstones, a 9-acre integrated development in the prestigious Airport Business District of Mumbai, required a brand identity that mirrored its promise of seamless living. Boasting an integrated ecosystem of signature workspaces, uber-chic residences with bespoke amenities, within a sophisticated architectural setting.

From concept to creation, I led the brand design that captured the essence of "seamless interplay" between life, work, and play. The connected diagonals within the icon visually represented this concept while maintaining a high-quality architectural aesthetic.

This core idea extended into a warm, welcoming brand identity, utilising a curated color palette and photography style, positioning Waterstones as a haven and a global gateway. This project demonstrates the power of visual storytelling in translating complex architectural and lifestyle concepts into a compelling brand narrative.
